These Terms of Service govern your use of llc.jenhargis.com and any services provided by Hargis Business Formation Services LLC. By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Nature of our services

Hargis LLC Services is a business document preparation and filing service. We are not a law firm, we are not a certified public accounting firm, and no attorney-client or accountant-client relationship is created by using this website or our services. We prepare and submit documents at your direction and based on the information you provide. For legal or tax advice, consult a licensed attorney or CPA in your jurisdiction.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, to review every document we prepare before it is submitted, and to notify us promptly of changes affecting your filings. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply and for meeting obligations we have not been engaged to handle.

Fees and payment

Service fees are quoted in writing before work begins and are payable on acceptance of the quote. Government filing fees are billed at cost and are separate from our service fees. Fees are stated in US dollars. Government fees change at the discretion of the relevant agency; where a fee changes after a quote is issued we will inform you before proceeding.

Turnaround times

Any timeframe we give is an estimate based on current agency processing. We control when documents are submitted; we do not control how quickly a state office or the IRS processes them, and delays at an agency are not grounds for a refund of government fees.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics and the Hargis LLC Services name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not republish, resell or systematically copy any part of the site without our written permission. Documents we prepare for you become yours on payment in full.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to transmit unlawful, misleading or harmful material, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape content at scale, or to interfere with the site's operation or another user's access.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular filing outcome will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount of service fees you paid us for the matter giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hargis Business Formation Services LLC, its owner and personnel from claims arising out of information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete, or from your use of the services in breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. The state and federal courts located in Leon County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to that venue.

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use the site or engage us.
