How it works
From first phone call to stamped documents
A formation should take you about ninety minutes of attention in total. Here is exactly where those minutes go, and what we are doing in between.
Day 0 — Free consultation (20 minutes)
We ask what the business does, who owns what percentage, whether you have employees, and where your customers physically are. That last question decides your filing state more often than anything else. Nothing is charged and nothing is filed at this stage.
Day 0 — Written scope and quote
Within a few hours you receive an itemised quote: our flat service fee on one line, each government fee on its own line at cost. If you approve it, you countersign electronically. If you do not, that is the end of it — we do not follow up with drip emails.
Day 1 — Name clearance and drafting
We run a preliminary availability search against the state register, flag conflicts, and draft your Articles of Organization plus an operating agreement matched to your ownership structure. You review everything before it leaves our office.
Day 1–2 — Filing submitted
Approved documents are submitted to the state the same business day. You receive the submission receipt and tracking reference immediately — you never have to ask us where things stand.
Day 3–5 — State approval
For Florida online filings this is typically three business days. We forward the stamped Articles and your certified copy the moment they arrive.
Day 3–10 — EIN and post-formation setup
We prepare the SS-4 and obtain your EIN, then assemble your company record book: operating agreement, organizational resolutions, membership ledger and banking resolution.
Ongoing — Compliance calendar
Your annual report date, registered agent renewal and any state-specific obligations are loaded into our calendar. You get reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days, and we can file on your behalf each year.
