No. Florida does not require members or managers to be residents. You do need a registered agent with a physical Florida street address, which is included in our Growth and Complete packages.

Yes. A significant share of our clients live outside the United States. We prepare EIN applications for founders without a Social Security Number and explain what US banks generally ask for. We cannot open a bank account on your behalf.

No. Hargis Business Formation Services LLC is a document filing and administrative services company. We prepare and file documents at your direction. We do not provide legal representation or tax advice, and we will tell you plainly when your situation calls for a licensed attorney or CPA.

You receive a digital folder with your stamped Articles, EIN letter, operating agreement, membership ledger and a compliance calendar. We also email you 60, 30 and 7 days before every filing deadline for as long as you use our service.

Yes, within the limits described in our Refund Policy. If we have not yet submitted your documents to the state, we refund the full service fee. Once a filing has been submitted, government fees are non-refundable because the state does not return them.
