Our commitment

We want every visitor to be able to read this site and contact us, regardless of how they browse. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

Semantic HTML structure with a single clear heading hierarchy on every page.

Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and empty alt attributes for decorative ones.

Keyboard access to every interactive element, with visible focus indicators.

Colour contrast tested against WCAG AA thresholds for body and interface text.

A skip-to-content link, labelled form fields and error-tolerant form design.

Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference: animations are disabled automatically when that setting is on.

Known limitations

The embedded map on our contact page is provided by a third party and its interactive controls may not be fully keyboard accessible. The full address is always published in text next to the map so no information is lost.
