The practice is owned and operated by Mayte V. Vasquez and serves clients from north Phoenix and across the Valley with clear communication, transparent policies, and practical lifestyle education.

Sessions are slow, thoughtful, and rooted in the small daily choices that quietly add up to a more intentional life — at home, at work, and with the people you love. Mayte trained in mindfulness-based stress reduction and has spent the past eight years adapting those tools for ordinary, full Arizona households.
