We start with a long, unhurried conversation about your week, your home, and the things you actually want to change.
Map
Together we map your current rhythms — energy, sleep, mealtimes, money, and the small frictions that quietly drain a day.
Design
We design two or three small, repeatable changes. Not twenty. Not a system. Just the few things most likely to actually stick.
Refine
Over the following weeks we refine and adjust. The work is slow on purpose — it's how change becomes durable.
